Do my membership credits roll over if I don’t use them that month?
You can roll over up to 2 monthly credits in a twelve-month period. You’re still charged for the month you roll over — payments can’t be skipped.
Unused service credits stay available for 90 days. Skip January, for example, and you have until April to use it.

Can I give my credits to someone else?
No — memberships are non-transferable.

How do I book with a membership?
Exactly as you would without one: book online, or call the spa.

Can members use their perks throughout the month?
Yes. Member discounts apply to services and products all month, not just at one appointment.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. Buy now, pay later with Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay, and financing through Cherry and CareCredit.

What if I’m running late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule so other clients’ appointments aren’t disrupted.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your time is reserved especially for you. If you can’t make it, please call 24 hours in advance. Spa Black reserves the right to charge a $50 fee for a short-notice cancellation or missed appointment.

Can I return skincare products?
For sanitary reasons, retail items can’t be returned or refunded. Credit is given as a gift card or an exchange for an unopened product. Services and packages are final; refunds are given as a gift card or credit toward other services.

Can I bring my children?
Please make other arrangements for children during your appointment. Clients under 18 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring my dog?
Only working service dogs are permitted. Emotional support, comfort and therapy animals aren’t covered by the policy.

What should I do before my first visit?
Complete the patient forms before your appointment and bring them with you — missing forms could delay your visit. Any questions you have will be answered on the day.
